You can return your item to Luxury Bit Market for either an exchange with a different item within our collection or request a refund. At Luxury Bit Market we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your product to initiate a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. However, Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must abide by these conditions;
1. The item has not been worn, with no signs of use or damage i.e. scratches, dents and other defects
2. Returned items must be placed in their original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase
3. The product has not been modified i.e. resized or changed in anyway from its original state
4. The product is not a made to order or custom-made product that has been designed and/or manufactured according to customer requirements
